It was last October when I went to Hokkaido. The weather was nice, sunny with cool air. Besides the incredible shopping and sight seeing, the food is definitely what I miss the most! Ikura uni don! Seasoned salmon roe and fresh sea urchin over rice. it was so delicious and fresh that you can taste the ocean! We actually ate in a tiny little restaurant inside a seafood market, can't be more fresh than that! missing Hokkaido and missing traveling... where should I go for my next vacation XD
